This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your choices are. We deliberately keep data collection to the minimum needed to operate the site and respond to you.

- Contact form: name, company, title, email address, mobile number, and your message, when you choose to send them.
- Report downloads and newsletter: name, company, function, and work email, when you request a publication or subscribe to the research letter.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss your needs.
- To deliver the publication you requested.
- To send the quarterly research letter, if you subscribed. Every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe.
We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for automated profiling or advertising.
Who processes it
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website. Download forms are protected against abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. Fonts are served from Google Fonts. These providers may process technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver their service.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only technical mechanisms in use are those strictly necessary for the services above (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile's spam protection on download forms). Because we set no optional cookies, no cookie consent banner is required.
Retention
We keep inquiry and download submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to contact@mind-xo.com and we will act on your request promptly.
